For The Beginners
Our Core Program, brings beginners up to speed with movements regularly used in our CrossFit Program.
Worked through as a series of One to One Sessions or Group Workshop. After completion athletes will feel confident joining our regular CrossFit Session.
Short on time?
Our QuickFit Program was created for those short on time. We believe fitness can still be found within short workouts.
The EXPRESS 30min Session are designed, to allow you to build a real fitness level within your lunch break. Beginners welcome, suitable for all fitness levels.
