CORE PROGRAM
For The Beginners
Our Core Program, brings beginners up to speed with movements regularly used in our CrossFit Program.
Worked through as a series of One to One Sessions or Group Workshop. After completion athletes will feel confident joining our regular CrossFit Session.

Our fast-paced interval training
360 Burn workouts are great for those who love to get their sweat on. Sessions will see high-intensity intervals keeping the heart rate high and the calories burning! Suitable for all fitness levels & experience.
