I trained at Virgin Active and David Lloyd before I joined 360 and I found that I really struggled with motivation and was never where I wanted to be with my fitness! But then a good friend of mine told me about 360 and to start with I wasn’t at all keen about high fiving everyone before and after a workout, but I gave it a go and it’s been an amazing change in my life. I’ve met some amazing people and now, not only am I finally where I have always wanted to be in my fitness, I still feel pushed to do more which is great! It’s the best experience and it has now become a hobby and no longer a chore! I’ve made some incredible progression since joining doing things I never though my body could do! I highly recommend 360, the best thing for me is the bond we all have with coaches and members !

Before joining 360 I just ran, distance ranging from 5-10k, occasionally a half marathon, but never felt I was a particularly good or strong runner. I originally joined 360 because I wanted something different to a commercial gym. Looking to get stronger, fitter and most importantly become a better runner. After completing my first marathon last year (badly), I knew I could have run better and I wanted to improve. So I wanted to find a way to incorporate strength and conditioning exercises into my training program. The progress in five months has been amazing. I’ve lost 11kg in weight, 15-20% in body fat, and I’m down TWO dress sizes. Most importantly though I feel fitter and stronger. My running has definitely improved, I’m two minutes faster on my pace per mile and have recently achieved PB’s for 5k and half marathon – 17 minutes faster! The best thing about 360 though….the people, the coaches, the members…it’s a community and a family. I look forward to my session in the evening as it’s always fun! Training at 360 is now part of my life, my routine. I’ve made many friends at 360 and some are even travelling to Berlin with me in September to support me at the Berlin Marathon!!
