Must sit on a box whilst pressing.
25Min: Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
10 x 1 DB Thruster
10 x S/A KB Swing 28/16…16/12
10 x DB Snatch E/A 22.5/15…15/12.5
– DB Thrusters changes shoulder on each rep, hold with two hands, extend arms at top then drop onto opposite shoulder before descending again.
