
Keeping with the CrossFit Open tradition we have decided to run our own version running for 5 weeks. Workout will be selected at random each week on Thursday evening, from previous CrossFit Open workouts. Athletes will be required to complete the workout by the following Monday evening. Workouts will be scalable so everyone will be able to take part no matter what your current ability may be.
Unable to attend a session due to being away? Don’t worry you can still take part, all you will need to do is complete a video submission of the workout between Friday to Monday. All video submissions should be uncut and unedited in order to accurately display the performance. A clock or timer, with the running workout time clearly visible, should be in the frame throughout the entire workout. Shoot the video from an angle so all exercises can be clearly seen meeting the movement standards.
All workouts this year are to be judged no matter if done @360ufit or video submission.
We will be keeping the 4 Teams as per previous years but with a slight change.

The 4 Captains from previous years Opens have been asked to step down and hand over their Captaincy to some new faces which have been announced. We just wanted to thanks Adele Langley, Alex Roberts, Ronit Holmes and Craig O’Shea for their dedication to the captains role over the last few years you have all done a brilliant job and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Points will be awarded weekly for the following:
Top 10 finisher in both Male & Female, Scaled & Rx divisions.
Great Fitness Bake Off:
One team member from each team will rank the 4 bakes to determine the star baker.
Weekly Bonus Points:
Team captains will put for a team member for Performance of the week. The coaching team will then choose the athlete they feel is most deserving.
Bonus points will be awarded to teams posting 5 or more posts to Instagram feed or story. Posts must include check-in at 360, tagging @360ufit and # your team name.
